Oldman, who received an Emmy nomination for his Lamb, says, “I think it’s been a slow burn.” “Now, more individuals are approaching me and expressing their admiration for the performance. I’ve turned like that man on TV, which I actually kind of like. Lamb is the humorously disagreeable commander of a group of depressed British spies known as the “Slow Horses” because they are employed at the humble Slough House, which is located far from London’s glittering centre of power. Gambling addictions, losing a top-secret file on a train, and botching surveillance operations are just a few of the ways they have ruined their careers.
